My favourite bakers for great bread and cakes, not a fan of their sausage rolls but you can't like everything, the Woodgrange staff are friendly and helpful.

My mum visited the bakery to grab us a roll each for lunch, the coronation chicken filling I had was by far the tastiest I’ve ever had. The rolls were very large in size and more then satisfied our hunger. With a generous amount of filling and lovely fresh salad. Would definitely recommend.

Best bakers in Southend! Food is excellent quality and portion sizes are large. Customer service is amazing any issues are addressed and rectified straight away. Food 10/10 Prices 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Also just to note their jam donuts are the best I've tasted 😋
The food is sooo good
The fresh baked bread is great, as are the sandwiches. The best things do tend to run out but that shows it’s fresh at least.

Visited this place mid morning on Saturday... Service was extremely slow, when only one customer allowed in at a time, the three young girls seemed more interested in their disgusting conversation then serving. The place was so untidy, most of the fillings had already gone, the young girl put sugar in the tea when asked without. Laughable. Honestly will not visit again.

Hi, sorry to hear about your disappointing visit to our store. Could you please contact me regarding the girls language used in front of customers and to discuss which shop it was on 07833253630 All sandwich fillings are delivered fresh every Monday and Thursdays unfortunately if we have a busy few days these can sometimes run low by Saturday morning my apologies. During the last 12 months customers numbers have had to be reduced to COVID-19 restrictions which unfortunately slows down service. Once again I am very sorry to hear toy have had such an awful encounter and this will definitely be raised with the staff ASAP Many thanks Graham Byers
